THE BENIFITS YOU OWN AS A MEMBER

YOU GET A REAL VOTE

As an owner-member, you have one vote per company on the issues that matter most — electing the Board of Directors, amending these bylaws, and deciding whether DAM ever merges, sells, or dissolves. No outside party can make those calls without member approval.

YOU CAN SERVE ON THE BOARD

DAM is run by a Board of 4–7 Directors elected from the membership, serving two-year terms. Any member in good standing for at least 12 months can be nominated. Directors aren't paid, but every member is invited to consider serving on the Board, keeping leadership close to the people actually running agencies.

YOU GET REAL, ONGOING HELP RUNNING YOUR AGENCY

Twice a month, the group meets online to work through the actual problems members are facing: pricing, hiring, client retention, whatever's on your plate that week. This isn't passive networking; it's a working group of owners helping owners.

YOU GET A YEARLY IN-PERSON GATHERING -- FELLOWSHIP, FUN, AND LEARNING, ALL INCLUDED

Once a year, the whole group meets in person for three days, rotating to a different city around the country. It's part conference, part reunion: real connection alongside real ideas. There's no extra charge to attend: It's built into your annual dues.

YOUR DUES ARE ALL IN

One annual fee, set by the Board, covers everything: the twice-monthly sessions, the annual in-person meeting, and access to all member resources. No hidden add-ons, no surprise invoices.

YOU GET A LIVING LIBRARY OF RESOURCES AND AN ALWAYS-ON COMMUNITY

Beyond scheduled meetings, members have access to active message boards where questions get answered and resources get shared in real time — so you're never stuck waiting for the next meeting to get input.

YOU TRADE REAL LEADS AND SALES OPPORTUNITIES

Members regularly refer business to one another and share opportunities that come across their desks, turning relationships into revenue, not just advice.

YOUR DUES FUND THE ORGANIZATION -AND THAT'S IT

There are no outside investors or profit motives; any net revenue stays in the organization, used in line with DAM's purpose.
